Center Point, Inc., a non-profit located in Marin County, is currently seeking certified individuals and potential case manager interns for our Specialized Treatment for Optimized Programming (STOP) Project. We are contracted with the State of California to oversee the case management of parolees who are active in treatment programs in Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Monterey, Napa, San Francisco, Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, Solano, Sonoma and Ventura Counties.  Our case managers are tasked with meeting with the active participants on a monthly basis, create case management plans and be in contact with the parole units and providers within our network.
