Counselors assist participants in evaluating needs, develop an individual treatment plan and participate in case management. Group facilitation includes curriculum delivery in several areas including topics such as Men's Process Group, Anger Management, Seeking Safety and Relapse Prevention.

POSITION TITLE: Alcohol and Other Drug (AOD) Counselor

REPORTS TO: Program Manager, Marin Transitional Age Youth (TAY) Program

LOCATION: Marin County

WORKS WITH: Marin TAY clients and families; TAY Program staff; Marin County Mental Health and Substance Use Services staff; other Sunny Hills staff

STATUS / HOURS: One part-time, 20 to 25 hours per week position, non-exempt
