Mentor for At-Risk Teens, Residential Program - Swing Shift
R House, Inc. is a non-profit residential group home for at-risk youth in Santa Rosa. Our clients are at-risk teenagers, both male and female, with substance abuse and/or mental health conditions who need assistance, sometimes coming from their own family's homes, the foster system, or from the juvenile justice system. These teens need good Mentors who will lead by example, be dependable and on-time, and follow our policies and procedures to provide appropriate treatment, safety and security for our residents.


We are currently seeking a great Mentor for our Swing Shift, must be flexible to work any day of the week. Seeking full-time 40 hours/week, our workweek is 4 days on, 3 days off (usually Sun-Wed, or Wed-Sat) -- must be flexible to work either shift, and on Holidays.


Swing Shift Mentor Qualifications:
-- One year previous work experience with similar population in a residential setting; OR AA/60 accredited college units; OR current
